Mark Walker is a Licensed Herbal Liqueurist and Freelance Creative Consultant. He works for brand-owners and agencies who want to develop innovative and natural products and brands that connect with the taste, style and beliefs of today's conscious consumer.

He was inspired to work with plants after his mother-in-law developed cancer in 2003. Mark modified an olive press to make fresh organic vegetable juice so his mother-in-law could the vitamins she needed: the colour, aroma and taste of the resulting juice were remarkable…


Mark created the markets first cold-press juice bar in 2004, Wild Bunch & Co. Organic Shot Bar. The brand's commitment to provenance, produce and packaging design attracted listings at the worlds leading retailers, hotels and restaurants, including Waitrose, Dorchester and Tom's Kitchen.

After nearly two decades as a creative director for some of the world’s most valuable brands, Mark combined his experience of working in both the F&B and Communication industry to create Help Save Food. A Creative Commons Campaign that invites everybody to get involved.


Mark’s approach to product innovation, strategy and creativity has been covered in print and broadcast outlets around the world, including the Wall Street Journal, Channel 4, CNBC, The Guardian and Monocle. He has also spoken on behalf of the UKTI Creativity is Great Campaign and at The Brazil Design Festival.

Mark and his wife Garnet are from London and Singapore respectively,
the couple live and work in Central Portugal.
